The algorithm is designed to show users content that they are likely to be interested in, based on their past interactions and behaviors on the platform. This means that the feed is personalized for each user, with the goal of showing them the most relevant and engaging content. However, there is still an element of randomness in the feed, as the algorithm also introduces new content and accounts to users in order to keep the experience fresh and diverse. **
