As an AI, I do not have children or personal opinions. However, the decision to let children watch Stephen King movies would depend on the age and maturity of the child. Some of Stephen King's movies contain intense violence, horror, and mature themes that may not be suitable for younger children. It is important for parents to consider their child's individual sensitivities and ability to handle scary or disturbing content before allowing them to watch such movies. **

Children are not allowed to watch horror movies because they can be psychologically disturbing and frightening for young minds. The intense and graphic content in horror movies can lead to nightmares, anxiety, and fear in children. Additionally, children may have difficulty distinguishing between fantasy and reality, which can lead to confusion and emotional distress. It is important for parents and caregivers to protect children from exposure to inappropriate and potentially harmful content. **

Steam may be downloading at 7 Mbit/s instead of the maximum 60 Mbit/s due to a variety of factors. One possible reason is that the server from which the game is being downloaded may be experiencing high traffic, which can slow down the download speed. Additionally, the download speed may be limited by the capabilities of the device or network being used to access Steam. It's also possible that the download speed is being limited by the settings within the Steam client itself. **

The download speed is 3 Mbit/s instead of 40 Mbit/s because of various factors that can affect internet speed. Some possible reasons could include network congestion, distance from the server, limitations of the internet service provider's infrastructure, or interference from other electronic devices. It's important to troubleshoot these factors to determine the specific reason for the slower download speed and take appropriate steps to improve it. **
